Joseph Pilates' Mat repertoire is a powerful and graceful flow that requires strength and centering.
Melissa will teach you technique, repertoire and flow based on traditional Mat but inspired and infused by exercises from Reformer and other Pilates Apparatus. You will leave with guidelines for class formatting, verbal cues and deepening your own practice. Be prepared to move and experience the "zen" of Joseph Pilates' Method - the art of being present. You will achieve a harmonious flow of energy to center your body, mind and soul.
