Scooter is a contemporary variation of Knee Stretch in the traditional beginner Reformer repertoire. Learn spring resistance (one red,) safety and set up and lots of verbal cues that help work glutes, hamstrings and also achieve an elongated and neutral spine. Jen is a hip gripper who has trouble with this exercise because she can't release her hip flexors. Here I go through a progression of cues that help Jen feel this exercise in all the right places and finally release her hip flexor gripping.
