Learn a beginner Reformer flow with simple verbal cues to get your client moving. Once you have mastered these verbal cues, transitions and equipment settings you will be ready to add correctional cues to
help your client gain body awareness and proper form.
Homework:
1. Write down every verbal cue and equipment setting.
2. Practice saying these verbal cues without adding any corrections. This will help to get your client moving with rhythm and flow.
3. Watch video without sound and say cues out loud to practice the proper rhythm and intonation in your voice.
4. Move through the exercises in the video while talking through cues real time.
